Data we process

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process information such as your name, email address, telephone number provided for a reservation, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, selected accommodation, messages and other information you provide in connection with an enquiry, reservation or stay. We may also process technical information necessary for the operation and security of the website.

When you contact us by email or through an available enquiry channel, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into a reservation or accommodation agreement.

Reservations & stays

When you make a reservation, we process the information required to manage and confirm the reservation, communicate with you, prepare for your arrival, provide accommodation services, administer payments and fulfil obligations connected with your stay.

Booking system

The website uses an embedded Bentral booking solution for reservation functionality. When you use the booking interface, information required for the reservation may be processed through that service. The booking interface is a separate technical component integrated into the Vila Alice website.

Payments

Where payment or prepayment is required, relevant transaction and payment information may be processed to complete and document the payment. Payment card data may also be processed by the relevant payment or reservation service used for the transaction. We do not use payment information for unrelated purposes.

The website uses necessary technologies for basic operation and security. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage. Analytics storage is denied by default.
