General

These Terms & Conditions govern reservations, stays and the use of the vila-alice.com website in connection with Vila Alice and Alice Chalet in Bled. By confirming a reservation, the guest enters into a contractual relationship with the accommodation provider under the conditions applicable to the reservation.

Accommodation provider

Accommodation services are provided by Eticon d.o.o., Prešernova cesta 26, 4260 Bled, Slovenia, VAT ID SI65979575, company registration number 3418111000. Contact: info@vila-alice.com.

Vila Alice & Alice Chalet

The website presents two separate accommodation properties in Bled: Vila Alice, Prešernova cesta 26, 4260 Bled, and Alice Chalet, Prešernova cesta 15, 4260 Bled. Availability, accommodation type, price and other reservation details may differ between the two properties.

Adults only · 18+

Vila Alice and Alice Chalet are adults-only accommodation. Reservations and stays are available only to guests aged 18 or over. Persons under the age of 18 may not stay at either property.

Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and the conditions presented during the reservation process. The guest is responsible for providing complete and accurate information. A reservation becomes binding when it has been confirmed through the applicable reservation process or directly by the accommodation provider.

Prepayment & payment

Prepayment can be made by bank transfer to the accommodation provider’s transaction account or by payment card. For bank transfers, use: Eticon d.o.o., IBAN SI56 1010 0004 5426 938, SWIFT/BIC BAKOSI2X. Any additional payment information or conditions communicated with the reservation form part of the individual reservation.

Cancellation & no-show

In the event of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.

Arrival & departure

The applicable arrival and departure times and access instructions are communicated with the reservation confirmation or in the information provided to the guest before arrival. The guest is responsible for following these instructions and for notifying the accommodation provider in a timely manner if circumstances materially affect the expected arrival.

Prices

The price applicable to a stay is the price shown or confirmed for the individual reservation. Prices may depend on the selected accommodation, dates, availability, length of stay and the conditions of the selected offer. Any applicable charges, taxes or additional services are governed by the information provided with the reservation.

Guest information

The guest must provide accurate information required for the reservation and stay. Where information is required by applicable regulations or for the proper performance of the accommodation service, the guest is responsible for providing it within the requested time.

Guest responsibilities

Guests must use the accommodation, furnishings, equipment and surrounding property responsibly and with appropriate care. Guests must comply with applicable laws, safety requirements, house rules and instructions relating to the accommodation, and respect the privacy and peaceful enjoyment of other guests.

Damage & improper use

A guest may be responsible for damage caused intentionally, negligently or through improper use of the accommodation, furnishings, equipment or other property, in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the individual case. Damage, defects or malfunctions should be reported to the accommodation provider as soon as reasonably possible.

Reservation systems & third parties

Reservation functionality may be provided through a specialised external reservation system. Where a reservation is made through an external booking channel or platform, additional terms and procedures of that channel may apply to the reservation where relevant.

Website information

We endeavour to keep the information published on vila-alice.com accurate and current. Photographs, descriptions and other presentation materials are intended to provide a faithful representation of the accommodation. Minor differences may occur as a result of maintenance, improvements, seasonal conditions or other operational changes.

Website availability

We endeavour to provide secure and reliable access to the website and reservation functionality. Continuous and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed, particularly in the event of maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Privacy & personal data

Personal data provided in connection with an enquiry, reservation or stay is processed in accordance with the Vila Alice Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements. Further information is available on the Privacy page.

Cookies & analytics

The website uses necessary technologies required for its operation. Optional analytics technologies are used only in accordance with the visitor’s consent preferences. Further information and controls are available in the Cookie Policy and Cookie settings.

Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, visual identity, graphic elements, design and other materials published on vila-alice.com may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Liability

Liability is determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of each individual case. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated as a result of changes to accommodation services, reservation processes, legal requirements or other relevant circumstances. The version published on the website applies from the date stated on this page, without affecting rights and obligations already established under a confirmed reservation where applicable.

Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions and the contractual relationship with the accommodation provider are governed by the applicable law of the Republic of Slovenia, subject to any mandatory rights available to the guest under applicable law.
